Pre-Coaching Connection Session
The Pre-Coaching Connection session is a twenty-minute Zoom conversation to connect and determine whether your needs and my coaching style complement each other. We will also discuss your goals and purpose for seeking a coach.

A single Life Coaching session may be an option for someone looking to share their ideas and review progress occasionally. It’s also an excellent option for those who have demanding schedules looking ahead. We will set goals designed for success based on your dreams and needs.

Life Coaching Session
The “Let’s Do This” Package includes six scheduled weekly or bi-weekly Zoom sessions, allowing you to dive deeper into your life coaching experience. You also receive a complimentary gift box with an identity booklet and resources.

The “Greater Things” Package includes twelve scheduled weekly or bi-weekly Zoom sessions, a complimentary gift box with an identity booklet and resources, and three 10-minute quick call sessions. This session package allows time for you to discover even greater things to prepare for your future hopes and dreams.

The “His Masterpiece” Package gives you one of two options. Option #1 incorporates your goals and accomplishments into two works of art. The first work of art will take place during your second session, and your final art piece will take place during your last session of the package. This package includes all the supplies needed for your artwork: two stretched canvases, acrylic paint, and brushes. They will be sent to you at the beginning of your coaching experience. Option #2 includes a twelve-color watercolor set, brushes, and an 8.5 x 8.5” hardcover watercolor journal book to design with art and words. The “His Masterpiece” Package includes fourteen scheduled weekly or bi-weekly Zoom sessions (two are art sessions), a complimentary gift box with an identity booklet and resources, and three 10-minute quick call sessions. This fourteen-week session package creates time for an in-depth look into your thoughts and dreams while creating a visual of progress and purpose.

Group Session
A group session includes three or more people wanting the same specialty focus. Some prefer group sessions for the additional, confidential fellowship, while others find it a significant financial option.
Available group specialty options are Spiritually Free Growth and Understanding, Grief and Loss, Relationships, and Parenting.
